The Brief
We've designed a few homes in Prestige Falcon City now, and this one held our attention from the start — every corner had a specific job to do, from a proper pooja room to a kitchen that needed to work harder than most.
The Approach
Custom wall paneling and mirror elements shape the living and dining areas, tied together with feature walls and refurbished doors for a consistent look through the home. The pooja room uses a CNC-cut lattice screen as its centrepiece, and in the master bedroom, a hidden door leads into a walk-in closet built where the original bathtub used to be.
The Details
The daughter's room combines a reading niche with a study nook and full-height wardrobes, built for someone who needs both a quiet corner and proper storage. In the kitchen, black-and-white tiles laid on the diagonal add movement underfoot, and a built-in display unit keeps the refrigerator out of sight.
